Balanced Lives training is aimed at women of all ages who, due to circumstances, find themselves lacking in confidence, have low self-esteem and poor self-image or who simply can’t get the life/work balance right in their lives.
Our courses are tailored for those who need to:
- find a good life/work balance;
- create balance in their domestic lives;
- find peace within;
- learn assertiveness skills;
- deal with strong-willed, demanding bosses/colleagues/children;
- even out inequalities in their relationships;
- discover what fulfils them;
- find ways to relax and deal with the pressures of life.
Whether you are working full-time, part-time or are a stay-at-home mother, we can help you to find the self-belief to embrace life fully.
In order to accommodate the high number of clients who have school-aged children, courses will be held from 10am-3pm (with working lunch).
